We want you to love your Eurovision fashion as much as a 12-point score, but if your order isn't a hit, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
